James Montrose

James possesses an intense desire to solve problems. He also has a deep understanding of how SkyTraks work. In his role as General/Service Mgr., clients rely on his expertise to return their broken machines back to production. He also dispatches the field service trucks and oversees ongoing repairs at Aero Lift’s facilities. He started his career as a mechanics helper, proved very capable and discovered his passion. Soon he was commanding his own field service truck. Not long after, he was training and mentoring new hires and responsible for all field service.

He is currently responsible for the Yard, Shop and Field Service Operations.

He utilizes his education in Computer Science and IT to develop programs to track and update service records on the ever growing fleet of machines he is responsible for. His calm professionalism and mastery of the workings of SkyTraks has earned him respect with the clients and the mechanics reporting to him.
