James has been with Aero Lift for nearly nine years. During his first year he was eager to learn and absorb all he could. He has now broken into the company and is a leading expert in SkyTraks. He has developed into a brand, which deserves respect. James, our General Manager, has full authority on scheduling field service and running the day to day operations at HQ. He is essential to our growth and future.

What do you find the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of my job at Aero Lift is keeping up with the fast pace at which we operate. Aero Lift has many moving parts that all need constant attention to be the well oiled machine that it is. Decisions have to be made quickly and efficiently to meet our clients needs and expectations.
What do you enjoy most about working at Aero Lift?
What I enjoy most about working at Aero Lift are the day to day challenges that come with juggling the tasks around the Aero Lift. Between the office, shop, yard and service trucks on the road, there is always a question to be answered or directions to be given.
